Hi all
Since last Wednesday myself and my partner both 3 customers have been unable to make or receive calls. Have flagged with support they keep saying nothing is wrong with the network. But clearly it is so it's been raised higher up the chain of command. They have refreshed both our networks. I got a new SIM today. Tried sim in a different phone. Nothing yet if we go up to castle knock or other places in Dublin all is ok. Seems to be an issue with whatever cell towed covers where our house is.
Any suggestions?
