Texts not working

Hi, I recently upgraded and changed plan and now I can't send text messages or receive them.  So I'm unable to do authentication for online transaction. I've been on to support who told me they'd log it with support and I'd have a reply on the 29th of this month.  I can't wait that long.  I phoned support and they told me to turn device off and on which I did but it's not fixed the issue.  It's saying can't send text and error code 0.

Hi @Add_19741 I have heard back from our technical team and they have completed some changes in the background of your account which should resolve your difficulties. Can you please power off and on your phone a couple of times and then try the service? Please let me know how it goes.

Hi @Add_19741👋 I'd love to help you with this but I need a little more info. Are you unable to send any texts or are you only having difficulty with authentication texts? Are any of your other services affected?

 

I can't send any text to any network. Also can't receive authorisation codes for banking or to log into mail etc.  I've been on to support today but got cut off chat. Can't log into anything that requires a code. I really need to get into my banking but I can't until this issue was resolved
