Hi,
I switched from Vodafone to three today but I'm unable to log in on numerous apps / accounts as I am not receiving the verification texts. Fur example I requested verification codes to access my Microsoft account multiple times today but none have been received.
This seems to be a common problem from reading the community posts.
Would somebody mind fixing this for me?

Welcome to 3Community @John_60052. I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your verification texts but I'd be happy to look into this if you're still having trouble. I'll need you to pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth, can you also let me know the make and model of your phone and please share when was the last time you tried to access your Microsoft account?

I'd be happy to look into that for you @Stephen_06507 🙂, I've checked out your profile, and you should be able to PM, I'd suggest logging out and back in and clicking on the 'Send Me a PM' just below any of my comments.
Don't forget to include the below in the PM;
Name, number, full address & date of birth,
Make and model of your phone,
Confirmation if anything has changed recently, for example, phone or sim
Date & time and name of the last app you tried to get a verification message from. If it was more than 24 hours ago please try again so we have a recent example.
