Unable to send international SMS

For the past few weeks, I have been unable to send international SMS eg France or US - This was working fine - I had intermittent issues for a while but now completely unable to send any SMS, it fails immediately, can you help? We're on a corporate plan - with all bells and whistles so it's very frustrating (needless to say I have tried turning it on and off and even called support who were no help)

I'd love to help you here with this query. Can I confirm is this affecting all International SMS or just the countries mentioned above? Also have any other international services such as calls and incoming international messages?

Hi there, it seems to be all international SMS although I only have contacts in France and US. Just tried both again, same thing it fails immediately...any help appreciated.

Thanks @F_00538 if you don't mind me asking are you currently within the Republic of Ireland while trying to send these SMS or are you currently roaming?
