I have had the same number for the last 20 years and I used to have voicemail set up but it disappeared somewhere along the way. I decided to set it up again but to no avail. When I dial 171 and enter my number and # it says number not listed. An agent suggested I dial ##002# and then try but still the same issue.

I have received an email to say this has been resolved and it has not. Either sort out this issue or improve the reception in my area because I have missed numerous important phone calls because I've had no coverage and they have no way of leaving me a voicemail. I've lost work and missed calls from doctors and I don't know how else to get you to fix this, I am so frustrated with this.
Hi @Sinéad_09162, I can understand your frustration. The last update I see from our technical team is confirming that they have made some changes in the background and asked that you reboot your phone a couple of times before calling 171. Please try this and let me know if the voicemail activates or if you get any errors.
@Sinéad_09162 thank you for trying. It's so strange everything looks right here on this end. I'll let our technical team know to the changes haven't had the desired effect on your end. As soon as I get an update from them I'll let you know.
