Voicemail not working

Hi there,

My voicemail has stopped working. Callers get a message saying 'the person you are calling is engaged, please try again later'. I'm not too sure what has caused this to happen, is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Can you tell me, has anything changed recently? Like did you get a new phone or done a software update?

Also, what happens when you try to access your voicemail by calling 171?

Hey,

Nope, no new phone or anything like that. It is dual sim, but none of those
settings have changed either that I know of.

Ringing 171 gets me through to the expected service.
