4G issues...

Customer care have twice activated 4G on my phone / account.
Duly waited the advised time for it to kick in, nada.... Any ideas? Coming from O2 and on bill pay ..... Customer care haven't said I can't get it....

Can you go to settings>cellular>voice and date and make sure LTE or 4G is selected?
