Back up Contacts Pop Up

Hi,

I keep getting a pop-up to back up my contacts and I cannot get rid of it. It charges 50cent if you click ok and it only ever pops up in the middle of the night which is getting very annoying. How do I make it stop?

If it is still occurring this would be a sim issue. In order to get this resolved we would need to give you a new sim card.

I can post you a sim replacement now. Is that ok?
