Wish to give notice to cancel bill pay account - is notice accepted by email and what address should I send to ?

I can take your 30 days notice for you here now.  Is there any particular reason why you were looking to cancel? Did you want to switch to prepay instead?

thanks for for the reply. I'd like to offer notice of my cancellation of account in respect of mobile phone number 086 xxxxxxx , contract in this respect due to terminate 29th October. I was recently contacted by a 3 representative to discuss options and the possibility of changing my Apple product.When I informed her that I was at work and unavailable to discuss at that time and requested a call back I was informed that this was not possible and that I may lose the opportunity to avail of the pending offer. I considered this to be unacceptable and lacking in the spirit of customer service.

In addition , 

My reason for cancellation is the availability of alternative more competitive plans from your competitors.
