Change Billing date??

Hi,

Is it possible to change the date my direct debit is charged?

At the moment, it comes out before payday - ideally I would rather the date to right after 25th of the month.

Hi AidoMcS,  I've checked here and sorry it's not possible to change the Direct Debit date on your account. We're not able to change the date the bill is due. Would you prefer to pay your bills manually? Thanks, Linda.
