Hello, I am trying to access 'Chat Now' option to get a new sim activated, but I am unable to find the link, despite numerous references to it on the SIM activation page, and being advised that it is on the 'left of the page'. Please help, I have already gone in person to a 3 Store today, and they gave me the physical sim. Contacted customer care via phone to activate the SIM and they advised that it had to be done on-line, via activate my sim portal, but I need to contact a web chat person, and I don't have that option 'on the left".
