Well that didnt take long! Price of Calls and Texts have gone up. While service has gone down
How can you ask someone to sign a long contract at a rate that they agree to,then put price up?contracts are supposed to work for both parties??obviously not in Ireland
Not cool. Will definatly be switching providers.
I dont have a contract, i can just bin my sim and move on.
If they up your price during your contract they have to notify you, and thn you will have the option to leave your contract without penaltes as they are changing the terms of your contract. Just make sure it's done within 30days.
I was brought over from O2 and upgraded my phone last month, existing SIM-only plan + 18 months.
Now they want to hike my bill by 25% ?? I hope they allow me leave without penaltes
Has my price plan changed?
Don’t worry; there has been no change to your price plan. Your contract and benefits remain the same.
Have my terms and conditions changed?
No, we’re happy to assure you there has been no change to your T&Cs. Your contract remains the same.
Have my bills changed?
You may have noticed that the logo on your bills has changed from O2 to Three, and the name of your price plan may also have changed. However, everything else about your billing, contract and pricing remains the same.
I would like to add my disgust. When 3 took over they said there would be no price change and no change to accounts or contracts. This was a blatant untruth. There are better mobile networks and companies out there and I will be looking to change my network now.
So why did i get a text informing me that as of june 6th my call rate would increase by 3 cents and sms up 2 cents?
