PUK Number

My phone is locked and asking for a PUK number.  I know I can call 1909 to get it but my phone wont let me make calls.  What else can I do?

If you go to the My Account section of the site you can get your PUK from there.

I am only an end user, phone is a company account, so I dont have access to those details, so no joy.
