I had a phone collected for repair and would like to track it, I only recevied a 'Returns Pickup Request' from the courier, where do I get the Repair Reference Number to allow me to track it?

Hi, Phone is a business phone and was collected by Nightline on Wednesday 14th October. I completed a handset repair form on the advice of bd.marygleeson@three.ie
