Replacement phone hasn't arrived

Hi

I sent my phone away a week ago to be replaced due to water damage, and I was told in the shop that i would have it back within 2 days, yet I'm still waiting a week later.

Just wondering if anyone can help me in finding out where my phone is?

I checked to see if my phone had arrived at the offices and it was there within the next morning that I posted it.

Hi,

I've followed up on this for you.

Phonecover advised they left you a voicemail to deactivate the app find my iPhone.

Would you be able to go into iTunes and delete this?

Ok this is getting a bit ridiculous now,  its been nearly a month. I deleted find my iPhone like requested but I never received a voice message asking me too. Its been a further two weeks since I did that and still no phone.  Can someone please tell me where my phone is.
