call barring

my phone wont let me call internationaly it says that it is barred.

when i go to deactivate it it says i need  a password??

I have the same problem. I am abroad and all calls are rejected, because O2 actived call barring To deactivate I need Barring password..... I can't undestand why its happened????????

Can you try 0000 as your password if you have not changed it yourself.

yes, im new to bill pay, with only about 4 - 5 months.  was ready to go with 10+ years.  Not sure if it worked after the change over.  only noticed it recently

When you first move to Billpay there is a bar on international calls.

got same issue was fine so far now internationla calls are barred. tried 0000 or my pin but it say is locked and must contact customer care please help!

I've removed the international call bar from your account for you now. Just restart your phone and you can call UK numbers.

Are you aware of the call cost per minute to call the UK?
