I don't seem to be able to enable 4G or Wifi calling on iPhone 14 Pro: neither option is available to me 😞
Any help would be most appreciated.

@Daniel_06653 Thanks for the PM, Daniel. I've checked on your account & the 4G calling is active. I've also had a look at Apple's 4G calling activation steps & they advise 4G calling is enabled by default on iPhones that are 5G compatible (iPhone 12 series and newer) & updated to the latest iOS version.
What this means for you is that 4G calling is always on.
@Daniel_06653 Hi Daniel, I've checked on the iPhone 14 Pro & 4G calling is available for it. Can you make sure that your iOS version is iOS 16.0 or higher?
If the version is the most up-to-date then can you check your settings to make sure the 4G calling is available: Settings> Mobile Data> Mobile Data Options> Voice and Data> VoLTE?
The WiFi calling for Apple isn't available currently as we're still in talks with Apple to get this launched.
Pop back to me here if you're still unable to access your 4G calling.

I'm running iOS 16.3.1. Under Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data the only options available to me are "5G On", "5G Auto" and "4G". There's no option of VoLTE:
@Daniel_06653 Thanks for the screenshot. Can I get you to select 4G & see if opens a new page that allows you to select Voice & Data?
If it doesn't I'll need to check your account to make sure the 4G calling is set-up correctly. Can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account?

I have the same problem with the same device, any solution?
Looking at Three's carrier files, it seems that VoLTE is always enabled for 5G phones.
4G calling is also apparently active on my account, but it still always drops to 3G. It would be nice if there was an indicator in My3 to see if 4G/WiFi calling is actually active.
You can extract carrier info from iOS update IPSW files. Since 4G calling is automatically enabled, there's nothing we can do except hope that Three fixes it on their end.
