Can’t add another call to merge the call

Hi 

can you please advise me why when I’m on a call and I want to add more people on call I can’t merge them?

I could do before I did the upgrade

I'll be happy to help you with this further, merging calls would normally be a feature that is available on the device and isn't an add on or service that we would be able to apply manually. When you are on the phone call are you attempting to merge and you are receiving an error or are you attempting to select the option to merge calls and this isn't working for you?
