Difficultly upgrading

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade iPhone.  When I try to do this online I am getting error message 403 along with detail:  you are not authorised.

Please advise.

@Add_18305 Hi there, when trying to place your upgrade are you logged into your My3 account on the app or the website? Are you getting the error message in the same place each time you try to upgrade or does it vary? 

 

I’ve tried both and getting same error message

@Add_18305 Can I get a screenshot of the error & can you also let me know where exactly it occurs in both versions of My3? 

 screenshot below. It happens when I click on ‘check for upgrade’ on  (which I’m told I am due)

@Add_18305 Thanks for the screenshot, I'll need to take a closer look at your My3 account to fix this error for you. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account?
