I switched one of my accounts from prepay to bill pay purely for the ability to enable Apple Watch Cellular and when I attempt to add the Watch Share add on I'm getting this error message.
"This customer is not provisioned for NGV / VoLTE calls. Please add the relevant SOC to the customers account and retry"
I'm nearly done with the cooling off period but may switch back to prepay if this can't be resolved, can someone pls kindly advise if this has a straightforward resolution?

to be a specific, what the person from the online chat team you needed to do was “provisioned the number for VoLTE”

@Hard2Switch delighted our support team could assist you as VoLTE can sometimes need to be activated on the account but this will automatically remain on the account unless you decide to contact us to remove it.
