Esim iPhone 15

Hi there, am due to travel abroad today. Just upgraded my phone to iPhone 15. Tried to add eSim but needed a confirmation code from my provider? Or have I to unlock my iphone before I can install eSim? (I was able to install eSim on my iPhone 13 last year)

Hey @Zoe_34516, if you are looking to use a physical or eSIM from another network you will need to make sure that the phone you are using the SIM card in is network unlocked. You can place a request to have your phone unlocked here.
