IMessage not working after port

Hello Three.

 

Recently moved from Eir mobile to Three and kept the same number

 

IMessage is not working. It tries to activate but it eventually times out and fails

 

I've been onto Apple support and followed all the recommendations here:

No luck, i'm convinced at this stage it's an issue on the Three side.

@Padraig_08098, Hi there, I'm wondering if you have checked the topics about iMessage/Facetime activation? There are two solutions there

 

  1. Update your contact number. It just might have the porting number instead of your own number
  2. Accept the t/cs for the latest version of iOS

Thank you for the reply unfortunately it hasnt made a difference.

My phone number matches my ported number on my mobile phone

 

I already accepted the Terms and Conditions
