hiya I have an iPhone 11 and for the best two months I haven’t been able to receive incoming calls all of my calls are going straight to voicemail and then I get a text saying I missed a call. I have checked all my settings and nothing is wrong there I have received calls but only when I’m connected to my car then I get the calls but no other times
@Add_10113 Hi there, have you noticed any issues with your texts or data services? To do a quick test call you dial ##002#, this will turn off your voicemail. Once you've got that done can you ask someone to call you & see if the call still goes to voicemail? If the call shows for you then there's a voicemail setting that's re-directing your calls immediately. If not, then we'll need to investigate further. Let me know if it works for you.
Hiya, sorry for the late response. So I actually can’t send text messages either although since turning off my VoiceMail I can now receive calls no problem but I don’t actually want my VoiceMail to be off I would like for it to be on

Hi, I was receiving texts but just couldn’t send them but now I am not receiving texts. I can receive calls but I can’t Seem to turn on my voicemail. I tried calling 171 but there wasn’t an option to turn it back on.
