Must be some issue with Three happened to me too,
Took €20 in data over night while I was in bed.
Only topped up two weeks about and we'll within my 28 days.
Have contacted three on twitter but they are not online on Sundays.
Same with myself, & our home internet is the same no reply from 3

The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.

It's been 4 days since the technical issues last weekend. I am still at a loss of approx €120 credit.
Am I the only one that has not to have my balance reinstated. ?

I am in the same boat.
In fact I haven't heard of anyone that has had their credit returned.
