I bought an iPhone 15 on billpay in store on the 13th of October. On the morning of Tuesday the 17th I used google maps to go somewhere, quit the app on arrival locked the phone and put it away when I went to use the phone 20 minutes later the screen was completely white. I tried the reset the phone but the problem persisted. I returned to the shop I purchased it in on the same day (17th) the fault appeared. It is now the 31st and when checking the repair progress there has been no update since Friday the 20th. It has been 10 working days since returning the device to the shop but there is no indication of when I might have the phone back. Is there any information I could get about how long this could take beyond the 8-11 days stated on your websites FAQs.
