I’m probably posting in the wrong place but, I recently an accessory from the online shop(not a phone) and I wanted to return it but there was no return form with the item. I send it back to the address for returns with a note inside explaining the problem but I’ve heard nothing about it. Would someone be able to tell me what’s happening with it?

@Add_78317 Hi Fergal & welcome to the 3Community. Not to worry about where you have posted. I'll need to ask a few questions regarding the return so I can better help you with getting an update.
Before you posted the accessory back did you speak with our care team to set up a returns case? If so, can I get the case number? What was the address you used for the return? Did you send the accessory back via regular or registered post? Can I get the original order ID for when you first placed the accessory order?
Once I have the above details I'll look into this right away for you.

I did ring the customer care line, but to be honest, they weren’t much help and I didn’t get a case number.
i sent the package by registered post to the address that was on the package;
PO Box 11564,
Arvato SCM Ireland Limited,
Swords Business Park,
Swords,
Co Dublin,
K67 E1N1.
And my order number was 182912492A.

@Add_78317 thanks for the details. The address you used is the correct address so there's no issue there. I'll need to raise a returns case to process the return for you. To do that can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account?
@Add_78317 Thanks for the details. I've logged the return case now for the accessory. I'll keep an eye on the case here & let you know when the accessory has been located. Once the return is fully processed I'll confirm the timeframe for your refund.

@Add_78317 Hi Fergal, just a quick update to let you know that the order return has been processed & your refund is in progress. The charge will be refunded back to the account you made the payment with. The refund will take up to 10 working days to be processed.
