Not receiving OTPs/SMSmessages /verification codes.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with receiving SMS verification codes (OTP messages) on my phone number.

I am not receiving any login verification codes from apps. Previously, these messages were marked as “likely spam,” so I suspect they may have been blocked by the network or filtering system.

Because of this, I am currently unable to access important applications.

Could you please check if SMS messages from verification services (OTP) are being blocked on my number and remove any restrictions if necessary?

Hey @Ervin_59292 thanks for posting here, is this happening with all OTP or just specific OTP? These messages/numbers wouldn't be automatically blocked unless you have decided to do this on the phone itself.

It heppens with one service, but its very important one, last time i got sms from them was last Saturday 2.05.26 and the sender was "likely spam", could you please help me with this

@Ervin_59292 the "likely spam" notification would be to advise you that it could be spam if they are sending an OTP however this wouldn't mean that the number has been blocked by the network unless you blocked it yourself on the phone however I would recommend contacting the company directly to advise them that the code is not being sent to you.

By network you mean "3"?

I already spoke with sender. They saying all good on those side...

@Ervin_59292 that's correct if I mention the network it would normally mean Three Ireland unless I emphasised another network. If you haven't blocked the number on your device and the sender are claiming that they have sent the message then I would recommend checking if your phone has a Spam folder where the message may have been redirected on the device.
