Order Device Refund

I am waiting for an order refund. I availed of the Bill Pay Plan last 23 December 2022 but unfortunately, I have never received it since Anpost lost the phone in their sorting area and it took almost 4 weeks to be resolved and my purchase was reversed. But I have been waiting for too long now, first for the loss of the device and now for the refund. It is really frustrating and stressful on my part as I am the one suffering the consequences of this incident. I understand that Three is not responsible for the loss, but waiting for this long is absurd. 

 

The support told me that my refund was already processed but I haven't received any update as of today. Will I have to wait for this much longer? I don't understand why I have to wait for this long. Does anyone know when will I receive the refund?

@Jean_099 That's correct Jean, it'll be within 21 working days from the day that the refund was processed for you. 

 

If you still don't see the refund in your account after the 21 working days pop me a PM with your number & I'll check on its status for you.

@Jean_099 Hi Jean, I'm sorry to hear that your phone was lost & you haven't had a great experience. When a refund is processed by ourselves it can take up to 21 working days to be refunded back into your account. When you previously spoke with our agents did they advise of the date the refund was processed? 

 

So I will receive my refund after 21 working days? Is that correct?

Hi Shane! It's more than 21 working days but I haven't received my refund? Can you please help me? Please I have been waiting for very long. It's really frustrating since I've originally ordered that last December. Can I get please an update atleast? I am really hoping you can help me out with my refund.
