I cannot get past the preferences page of the three plus app on my 14 pro max. No matter what I do it won’t let me passed.
I tried opting out of Three plus on the website, and now I can’t access it or sign up for it online.
Any advice?
Definitely not what I like to hear @Dalk, but let's see how we can fix this for you.
Is it just the app your having difficulty with? Are you able to log in through your My3 account? Also, have you tried to deleted the app and reinstalled it?

Was originally just the app. So I deleted it numerous times, but this didn’t fix it.
I have a 14 pro max, a friend with a 13 installed the app and I was able to sign in on his phone, so I think it’s a larger screen iPhone issue…
I was able to get into the web based version, but it kept asking did I want to use my three ID to sign in. Any time I tried to do so, a message briefly popped up about the token being no longer valid, or something along those lines, before it would send me to the home page again.
so I decided to opt out of three plus, but now when I go to set it up again it keeps kicking me out. Can you opt me in from your end?

I’ve been able to register and set up the My3 account.
but I’ve lost access to my old account “dalk” on the three community… and I’ve had to set up this one using a different email address as it says my old email address is already registered…
I must admit, I’m getting a bit annoyed at this stage.
