Hi
When I turn on Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone 11, I get prompted with Threes T&Cs. When I agree, I get a message telling me to call three to activate. I’ve called the Helpdesk in the past and they say I look provisioned and this was escalated to Engineering. They have requested time stamps. 
I have since restored my phone using iTunes and tried today to activate it on 20/8/23 at 01:05, 01:07 and 01:18  I powered off and on between each attempt and it is still the same. 
Could you pass this on and advise me of the next steps of troubleshooting?
