Unlock Form Not Working

I’m trying to unlock an old phone that is long out of contract. The unlock form takes me as far as the verify phone number button but when I press it nothing happens. When I press the chat button to get assistance it brings me to a page saying no one is available. Anyone know what I can do here?

Can you try going to the following link here please as I have just tested this and I can confirm it is currently up and running.

If this doesn't work you may need to clear the cookies and cache on your browser and try again or alternatively, you can request the unlocking code by calling 1913.
