Thanks for getting in touch. So let's take a look! Can you tell me when this started happening and are you getting any error message? Are you having difficulties with all texts or just with sending to specific numbers? How about your calls and data any difficulty using them?
Hello, I am having the same issue with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. If I try to send a text message to any number, I am getting "Not Delivered" displayed at the message (no other errors). I think it started after coming back from my trip to the US last week.
Receiving messages works fine.

Is this happening with standard SMS or iMessages? While you were abroad were you using a new SIM and if so did you have to make any changes to the settings on you phone while you were in the US?
It is happening when sending SMS. While abroad, I did have an eSIM installed but didn't touch the settings of the main SIM. I only switched the data roaming to work with the eSIM and turned it off on the main one by using the iOS Settings switches (On or Off). When I returned, I deleted the eSIM completely.
Since you have returned from the US, if not can you please try this? If this doesn't work I would recommend following the steps here to attempt to manually connect to the network.
I think you forgot to add a link to the first "try this". I have returned from the US and trying the steps in the guide from your second sentence guide but the menus look different from the guide Step 4.
When I tap Mobile Service, I see this:
When I tap Business (which is the name of the SIM card I think), I get this:
Then when I tap Mobile Data Network, this appears:
Hey @Dave78 , you can view the steps for manually selecting the network by clicking on the word "here" in the previous message and this would be separate to the APN settings in the above message.
If the above doesn't work for you can you try open Messages app and go to Settings. Do you have a Message/Service Centre Number option in there? If so, this needs to be set at +353868002000 and if this doesn't work pop back here and we can investigate further.
