Unlocking a secondhand iPhone from CEX

Hey! I bought a secondhand iPhone 12 from CEX in 2024. I am now moving to Germany and want to unlock the phone. I have been a prepay customer with Three for years, and I Have an invoice showing proof of purchase from CEX.

I understand that Three has a policy of not unlocking second hand phones but I find it completely crazy that now my phone is rendered completely useless to me. There must be something I can do about this?

Hey @Add_92549 thanks for posting here, I can understand your situation however as per our terms and conditions for unlocking we can only unlock a phone that you have you've bought from Three regardless if you have a proof of purchase from a third party.
