Unlocking my phone

Hi, I have an I phone 13 that is locked to three I am switching carriers and I’ve no SIM card so I can’t receive any confirmation code text any ideas how to do it without a text

I have the same problem, my Three SIM has deactivated as I am also moving to another Carrier and to unlock the phone there is no other option than SMS, could you help me please?
