VOLTE CALL FAIL

I’m getting a “Call Failed“ message when I make a call with VOLTE selected and connected to a 4g network. 

I tried my sim in other iPhones and it’s the same issue. I also tried different sims in my iPhone 11 and they work just fine. Customer care suggested I replace the sim but that didn’t fix the issue. It only started a couple of days ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@OwenG Hi Owen & welcome to the 3Community. Have you noticed if your failed VOLTE calls are affecting some calls or all calls? Is it everywhere you go or in certain places? Are you able to make calls when VOLTE is switched off on your phone? Have you checked to confirm that the VOLTE add-on is active on your account?
