Same problem here , this morning they ported my sim since I am changing providers. My sim is now cut off , I am without the new sim or the phone . It is strange that the 59 euro is paid on the day of the order and then they are late but if a customer has to miss a payment with a few days or do anything to "breach" the contract they are entitled to cut off the contract and the customer would have to pay the remainder without having access to the contract benefits.
