Sorry to hear that you are considering leaving Three. To request to place the 30 days notice to cancel the plan you will need to contact 1913 or you can also speak to our messaging team here.
If you decide to block payments to 3 rather than cancel your plan your account will remain active and you would still be responsible for the charges on the account so I would recommend contacting 1913 or our messaging team.
