3 billing not working with Google Play

Its frustrating as I've tried methods which has led to the problem being unsolved. Any suggestions on what to do?

@DT_12327 Hi there, is your Play Store showing an error message when you try to add your 3Pay charging option? If possible could you try deleting the 3Pay from the play store and then re-adding it to see if it works? If not pop back to me here & we'll take a further look into this.

It is showing an error message whenever I try adding it. The solution you have provided has not fixed it sadly.
