4G is not working in my area

Yesterday evening and so far today 4G (mobile Data) is not working. I checked the settings on the Three site and they match that of the phone.......whats up?

@Ger_Ryan I'd like to look into this for you but I need a little bit more information. Can you tell me the name of the area you are in? City, town, village, town land? That way I'll be able to check the masts in that general area 👌

My eircode is V94 xxxx. I was on to someone in support and they said that
the 4G was indeed down in my area and that engineers were looking into it.
It has been down since yesterday evening.

@Ger_Ryan Ah I see! Normally when our engineering team are working on a mast, it can take a few days for the site to be fully up and running. This depends on certain factors such as ordering in parts that might need to be replaced. 

 

But I have checked your area and see that the work is progressing. Can you switch off and on your phone and wait a few minutes to see if you pick up 4G?
