I'm here to help you but I will need more info. Were you using the app or website version of My3? What error did you get? Have you ever successfully applied a 500mb add-on?

I’m using the website version of My3. I used to applied a 500mb add on successfully every month. But recently, I couldn’t find the add on section on my My3 account.
I’ve also tried texting 5NET to 50272 and it says that the service is not available for my account.

@AmandaC that's weird! Is there an existing 500MB on your account right now? By the way, what's the name of your plan?
