All you can eat data top up

I topped up today with €20 as I do monthly for my data and texts etc but didn’t realise that the top up services were undergoing maintenance until I had already topped up. I used my online banking app and the money is in my credit although I didn’t receive my usual confirmation text. Will my text come through once the maintenance is finished?

@Dionne Thanks for all the details. Are you able to access My3 to check the plan is in place? Once the credit reaches your number, the plan automatically applies. Is your current 28-day promo due to run out?
