Billpay device delivery.

Hello.

I am interested in switching from Prepay to Billed - the €60 plan with new handset. Is it possible to arrange delivery of the device to my nearest 3 store as I don't have a permanent address at present and my local post office won't accept it. Ordering online.

Hi @Clarion we do have a 'Store Pick Up' option when purchasing online. You'll see this in the Delivery & Payment section of the order.

As you are a Three customer when ordering online select 'Yes' when asked if you're already a Three customer if you wish to keep your existing mobile number.
