Billpay

I have a billpay phone and eligible for upgrade. I want to upgrade my phone and use that new phone as a gift. My question is, is that phone locked? And is it only able to use my billpay sim? The person recieving the new phone is with three but a prepay sim.

Hey @Add_82736, thanks for posting here, when you purchase an upgrade it may come network locked however all this means is that you won't be able to use a SIM from another network however you could use a Three Prepay SIM in the phone. It just means that the phone would still be registered to you on your account.
