@Mariagabriela47 I can imagine this is frustrating for you and that's not something we want any of our customers to feel. What network is your dad and sister with ? Have you reported this to Customer Care on 1913 or Messaging?
@Mariagabriela47 I understand your point of view. Investigations can take 5 to 10 days, normally you'll receive a text with updates. Because this is open with Customer Care, I won't be able to start another investigation.
