Cancelling my bill account to move elsewhere but keep number

I want to cancel my bill account. I want to move to another provider pre pay. 

What do I need to do? 

 

My contract is expired since June 2022. 

I have contacted the other provider and a sim is being sent to me. 

I need my number to be ported to my new provider. 

 

I realise I have to notify 30days for cancelling my account. 

My next bill is due wed 18th Oct.

Sorry to hear that you are considering leaving Three. If you are looking to port your number to another network you will need to contact your new provider to submit the port for you and once the number has ported to the new network your number will automatically cancel from the date you moved your number.

 

Once you are out of contract, the 30 days notice would only apply to cancelling the number and the account fully but this wouldn't apply to moving network, or moving to one of our SIM only or Prepay plans which you can find here.
