Cannot schedule top up or regular top up via website or app

Hello,

I am having problems scheduling top ups on the website and on the app.

I can't even make a once-off top-up with my Revolut card... I get to the step of approving the purchase on my Revolut app, but then the page of three fails saying: You are not authorized to access this page (this is the URL https://3ds2.digitalpayments.co.uk/Web/Chase/Results)

I have cleared cookies & cache. Used different browsers (safari, chrome) & different devices (mobile, desktop, & laptop). Everything fails!

The only way I was able to top up was over the phone (once-off - cannot do it online). Please help!

Thanks for the info @RonanB the next time that you need to top up can you please log in to your My3 account and top up by clicking the Top Up button on the dashboard. If you have a look at our blog All About My3 and Prepay the button is number 4. After you have topped up please try to schedule your next top up by clicking Schedule Top Up.
