She was not sent a new sim with the new number when the phone arrived, so it is not in use hence why we thought the "upgrade". When I call the new number on the account it doesnt work. she currently has her old sim in the new phone. i will be talking to her later and arrange a call with your CARE team on 1913 to organise the diversion.
