I was in another EU country for less than 4 days. I used my phone for a couple of days and then the service stopped. On my return to Ireland - a week later - my phone stopped working and I was informed it was because I was using my data too much 'abroad'. I'd already been home a week! Customer care said wait until my bill comes in and then query it. Well, it just landed and again I've been told my service is being stopped. What they hey three?
