I contact online customer service twice and easily cahnged my plan or so i thought, received a text to confirm but i see from logging onto my account (when i finally got to log in) that i am still on my old package. Now online help not avaiable, called 1913 and they are only dealign with elderly people and companies............. been with three for ten yrs or more but i think we are coming to an end. Can someone please contact me urgently. I think we deserve a reply at least
I also changed my plan in January and am also still on my old plan. I have been unsucessful in contacting 3 also . I would really like someone to contact me ASAP
