DD not taken

Hi, I am waiting for 2 months DD to be taken from my account but nothing has happened yet, I am afraid to pay by card in case the 2 months are then deducted from my bank, should I just pay by card?

Also I had requested a copy of the invoice I paid for my phone about 5 weeks ago and I was promised it would be marked as priority - I have a claim going through on my phone and I need proof of purchase how can I now get this? Thanks
